The HealthBus Trust

Registered Charity Number: 1186790

The HealthBus Trust is an award-winning charity delivering mobile, specialist healthcare to people experiencing homelessness in Bournemouth and surrounding areas, providing nursing care, health checks, wound care, blood tests, sexual health services, and support with medication and appointments in a safe, person-centred, and non-judgemental environment.

With this generous support, we can provide essential diabetes screenings, blood tests, and ongoing assistance to help individuals manage their condition. Alongside medical care, we also deliver tailored education about the dangers of untreated diabetes and the benefits of healthy eating, even within the challenges of homelessness. Our outreach team works closely with patients to build trust, provide practical advice, and promote small but meaningful changes in diet and lifestyle.
